The music was inspired by the myths and legends of the Aztec civilization, their religious beliefs, their view of the universe, and some elements of the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire. It was created to remind us about the greatness of the ancient cultures and civilizations easily, taken softly by the hand of the beautiful stories, sounds and melodies, into the modern world.

This unique collection gathers ten original songs composed and performed by OME inspired by ten thoroughly investigated and hand-picked Aztec myths and legends.
