‘Siempre Fuiste’ es una conmovedora expresión de dolor y pérdida que nos sumerge en la tragedia de una pareja en donde una mañana, uno se despierta para descubrir la trágica realidad de que su ser amado ha fallecido durante la noche y yace tendido inmóvil en la cama.
La canción pinta el retrato de alguien que, al enfrentar la cruda realidad, se sumerge en una desesperada carrera por la casa, buscando respuestas, esperando que todo sea un cruel engaño.
La melodía y la letra transmiten la incredulidad inicial, como si el protagonista estuviera inmerso en un sueño del cual no puede despertar.
La letra se torna aún más conmovedora al describir los momentos en los que el dolor se convierte en negación. El protagonista jura aún percibir el suspiro y la voz del ser amado resonando por la casa, acompañado de olores y recuerdos que transportan a un tiempo cuando aun estaban juntos. Se aferra a la ilusión de que la presencia persiste, aunque muy en el fondo sabe que no es cierto.
El clímax de la canción llega con una declaración desgarradora: "Y con tu muerte también me voy, despierta por favor". Aquí, el protagonista revela la triste verdad de que, al aceptar la partida del ser amado, también se está despidiendo de la vida misma figurativamente.
La súplica final, un llamado a la inconcebible realidad, añade un toque desgarrador a esta composición que explora el proceso de decir adiós a un amor que se fue muy pronto y en donde quien queda vivo se niega a seguir adelante sin esa persona amada.

The song paints the portrait of someone who, facing the harsh reality, dives into a desperate run through the house, seeking answers, hoping that it's all a cruel deception. The melody and lyrics convey the initial disbelief, as if the main character is immersed in a dream from which they cannot awaken.
The lyrics become even more touching as they describe the moments when pain turns into denial. The protagonist still swears to perceive the sigh and voice of the loved one echoing throughout the house, accompanied by scents and memories that transport them to a time when they were still together.
